Since I haven't been posting for a while, I thought I would grab this TAG from lovely Yasmiin's blog. It is a 40-question tag about my new obsession, make-up and skin products. SKINCARE
-How many times do you wash your face daily?
I wash my face with face wash only in the morning, then remove makeup and rinse with cold water at night.
-What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)

-What is your current facial wash?
I'm using Loreal Go 360 Clean at the moment, although I'm not sure I'm a big fan so far.
-Do you exfoliate?
Occasionally.
-What brand do you use?
Once a week I use St Ives Almond Scrub. Love that stuff!
-What moisturizer do you use?
I use a generic sunscreen as moisturizer in the summer, otherwise my face gets too oily. In the winter, I use Nivea cream, but honestly I'm looking for something less thick this year.
-Do you have freckles?
Only if the sun touches me!
-Do you use eye cream?
I use Loreal 2in1 under eye cream. It comes with an under eye concealer too.
-Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
My skin was very oily in my teens so I tended to have 1-3 larger pimples at a time, especially before a period, but after I got out of my early twenties, it cleared up.
-Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
No, it was never that bad for me.
MAKE-UP
-What foundation do you use?
I don't use foundation.
-How about concealer?
I use the Loreal concealer that came with my under eye cream, and it also works well on red spots.
-Do you know your undertone color?
I'm guessing it's pink?
-What do you think of fake eyelashes?
In general, I'm not a fan. It is difficult to apply them so that they look natural and not like a creepy doll, and when they are applied well, they don't look that different from regular mascara, so I don't see the point.
-Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
That's bull crap! I always use my mascara until it's empty and it's never given me any ill effects.

Right now I'm using Maybelline, the kind with a white base. It works very well, but is a pain to wash off.

I don't even know what that is. MAC is way too far down the list for me.
-What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
I started using eye shadow brushes, but honestly, over the eye shadow base, the sponges seem to deliver better coverage. But maybe I'm using them wrong or something!
-Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
I just got Loreal's Studio Secrets Perfecting Base as an eye shadow base, recommended by a friend, and it works really well for eye shadow! I have finally beat the eye shadow crease :)
-For the face?
I don't wear foundation, so I don't use a base either.
-What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
I like to use a shimmery neutral such as champagne beige, with a darker gray or black smoky corner.
-Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
I use black pencil liner.
-How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Not since I was 18!
-What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
I've never used them and I'm nervous of any cosmetic that comes in a powder. I just know I'll get it all over the place!
-Do you use mineral makeup?
I occasionally use powder, and in that case I use Maybelline's Mineral Powder.
-What is your favorite lipstick?
Loreal's Colour Riche in Sunwash.
-How about lipgloss?
I don't use it that much, but when I do it's usually a cheap generic.
-What is your favorite blush to use?
I have never used a blush in my life! I have naturally rosy cheeks >.<
-Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
I never have.
-Do you like drugstore makeup?
I use all drug store makeup at the moment, although I'm saving up for a new collection.
-Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
I went into an ULTA once, but was totally overwhelmed by the selection.
-Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
I've considered it, but I probably won't actually do it.
-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
Only with a product I've never used before.
-Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Dark lip liner under lip gloss! Gross!
-Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
It depends on the occasion, but I prefer colorful eye makeup with neutral lipstick. I like people to notice my eyes before my lips.
-Which celebrity always has great make up?
Angelina Jolie
-If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
Eye liner
-Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Sure, I do all the time.
-Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
If I wear makeup everyday, then I get used to it and don't like how I look without it. But if I don't wear it for a few days, my perspective changes.
-What do you think of Makeup?
It is the opportunity to enhance your natural features, as well as express personal style. It can give a person confidence, but it can also make a person self-conscious. It all depends on how you use it.
