The Fashion Project

A project for the fashion-conscious, modern, modest woman. A low-tech, unprofessional photographic exploration of life's changes as we come to accept the path we are meant to take, and what we wear along the way.

I don't really have any fashiony things to talk about (or any photos to show), since I've mostly been sitting around my house watching CNN and Animal Planet. (CNN for monitoring the situation at the nuclear power plant, and Animal Planet as a break from all the tension on CNN.) So, here are some random photos for you:

Dear Softbank Phone Company,
Why does your dog need a bathrobe? Or a better question- why does any dog need a bathrobe? Perhaps a hot pink embroidered towel is a little much, but we all feel the bathrobe is going too far. Please advice.
Sincerely,
Confused Consumers.

A slightly out-of-focus picture of the front of the 3km-long line for gasoline at the Shell station near my house. This was at 8pm.

A lovely flowering magnolia tree in Oshiage, a district of Tokyo. Hello, spring.

Also in Oshiage, a building with the skyline of New York painted on it, complete with the Empire State Building in the center, the Statue of Liberty to one side, and some glorious fireworks.

My personal pot shot at Twilight. It is every teenage girl's fantasy rolled tightly with overly sentimental prose, and then smoked.

That's right, I said it. Video games are dumb. Oh yeah, and smart phones too. Shouldn't we all be androids by now?
